1. Overview

Auto Pick & Drop Logistics LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a licensed auto transport broker. We arrange vehicle transportation services through independent, licensed motor carriers.

By booking our services, you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.


2. Our Role
  • We act only as a broker, not a carrier
  • We do not own transport trucks or physically handle vehicles
  • Once a carrier is assigned, transportation responsibility lies with the carrier

3. Services
  • We arrange door-to-door vehicle shipping based on availability
  • Pickup and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees
  • Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or regulations

4. Customer Responsibilities

Accurate Information

You must provide correct details:

  • Vehicle (year, make, model, condition)
  • Pickup & delivery locations
  • Contact information

Incorrect details may result in additional charges or delays

Vehicle Preparation

Before pickup, you must:

  • Remove personal belongings (or keep minimal items under 100 lbs)
  • Leave only ¼ tank of fuel
  • Disable alarms
  • Ensure vehicle is operable (unless declared otherwise)
Prohibited Items

Do NOT include:

  • Weapons, explosives, illegal goods
  • Flammable materials
  • Drugs or restricted items

Violation may lead to cancellation without refund.


5. Pickup & Delivery
  • Carrier will pick up/drop off as close as safely possible
  • You (or your representative) must be present at pickup & delivery
  • You must inspect the vehicle and sign the Bill of Lading

👉 Important:
If no damage is noted at delivery, the shipment is considered successfully completed


6. Payments
  • Broker fee may be charged when a carrier is assigned
  • Remaining balance is typically paid to the carrier (C.O.D.)
  • Accepted methods: cash, certified funds, or as agreed

7. Cancellation Policy
  • Free cancellation before carrier assignment
  • After assignment, a cancellation fee may apply
  • Failed pickup due to customer absence may result in additional charges

8. Insurance & Liability
  • All carriers are required to have insurance coverage
  • Any damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier

We are not responsible for:

  • Vehicle damage during transport
  • Personal items inside the vehicle
  • Delays beyond our control

9. Claims Process
  • Inspect vehicle at delivery
  • Note any damage on Bill of Lading
  • Take photos as proof
  • File claim with carrier within required timeframe

10. Limitation of Liability

Auto Pick & Drop Logistics LLC is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of business or income
  • Delays caused by external factors

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.


12. Communication Consent

By submitting your information, you agree to receive:

  • Calls, SMS, and emails regarding your shipment

You may opt out anytime.


13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
