1. Cancellation Before Carrier Assignment
- Full refund available
- No cancellation fee
2. Cancellation After Carrier Assignment
- A cancellation fee may apply
- Fee covers service work already completed
3. Service Fees
- Broker/service fees are non-refundable once a carrier is assigned
4. Failed Pickup
If the carrier arrives and:
- Customer is unavailable
- Vehicle is not ready
👉 Additional fees may apply (including dry run fee)
5. Unfulfilled Services
If any paid service is not delivered, you may request a partial refund
