1. Cancellation Before Carrier Assignment
  • Full refund available
  • No cancellation fee


2. Cancellation After Carrier Assignment
  • A cancellation fee may apply
  • Fee covers service work already completed


3. Service Fees
  • Broker/service fees are non-refundable once a carrier is assigned


4. Failed Pickup

If the carrier arrives and:

  • Customer is unavailable
  • Vehicle is not ready

👉 Additional fees may apply (including dry run fee)



5. Unfulfilled Services

If any paid service is not delivered, you may request a partial refund
